I think Dr. Crawford is great but the office isn’t so good. I had issues with the billing office ghosting and it turns out she just didn’t work there anymore & nobody else contacted me causing a slight delay in my surgery. I called to the schedule surgery and it was all good with the younger front desk lady. I called to confirm the surgery and the older lady told me that it should have never been scheduled because I waited too long and my teeth are most likely going to fail now. I wish that I didn’t have this interaction because I really liked Dr. Crawford.

I was grateful to be seen on emergency basis for acute dental/facial pain, source unknown. Cat scan X-ray quickly done at Dr Crawford’s office. Staff networked directly with my regular dentist and facilitated app with endodontist for further test. All during the morning before the 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Superior service by caring staff and Dr. Garrett.
